Software

1. POSimplicity Does Not Require Clients to Sign any Form of Contract For POS Software Subscriptions. Software Subscriptions can be Cancelled at Any Time for Any Reason by simply contacting us by phone at 800-239-8794 or by e-mail at support@posimplicity.com

2. By Purchasing a POSimplicity Software Subscription You Are Authorizing POSimplicity to Charge the Credit Card or Bank Account You Provide for the Recurring Fee Associated with the Software Subscription Plan You Choose. Fee and Billing Interval (Monthly or Annual) are Clearly Stated Based on the Software Subscription Package You Choose.


Processing Credit Cards on Your POS System

1.  A Merchant Accounts is Required to Process Credit Card Transactions  (POSimplicity Does Not Require You To Obtain Your Merchant Account Through POSimplicity).


Hardware

1. A POSimplicity Software Accout is Required to Ensure POSimplicity Hardware Fuctions Correctly. If the Consumer Opts to Run a Different POS Software On their System Hardware Support and Warranty Will be Null and Void.

2. All Hardware Has a 1 Year Warranty for Defective Items. 

3.  Hardware Support Will Not be Provided for Non-POSimplicity Hardware.
